Class Registration Form

Sculpting Mentor offers classes for all experience levels from beginner to advanced. Our sessions are a great place to learn professional techniques while working on your sculpting skills in a supportive and creative environment. Classes are 3 hours each, with a total of 5 or 10 sessions depending on the class you choose. Workshops vary depending on the subject length.

NOTE: This is a privately run course. A maximum enrollment of 12 people per class is in effect. For courses over $1000 a deposit is required and full payment is due one week prior to course start date. Courses under $1000 must be paid in full when enrolling.

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Amex through Paypal secured online system. Money orders and cash accepted.

Sculpting Mentor - Student Agreement 1. Description This document describes a contractual agreement between Gideon Hay & Dallas Harvey (here after called "Sculpting Mentor") and the student (here after called "Student"). Sculpting Mentor agrees to teach the student for a period of 5 or 10 classes depending on the class chosen 2. Student Enrolment Student hereby acknowledges they are not currently enrolled in a program at Vancouver Film School, VanArts or Think Tank Training Centre. Students currently enrolled in a program are not permitted to take Sculpting Mentor workshops. 3. Deposit & Workshop Fees Student hereby agrees to pay the $200 CDN non-refundable deposit before starting the workshop. The remaining balance is due in full on the first day of the workshop. Payments can be made by Business cheque, money order or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted. 4. Refunds Students requesting a refund on the remaining workshop amount may receive a pro-rated refund within the first two workshop classes. Refunds are not available after the first two workshop classes. 5. Damages & Liability Student hereby releases the Sculpting mentor from all liability for personal injury, illness or property damage occurring on or off the Sculpting Mentor & Reliance Holding Inc. premises. Student is responsible for any damages to property owned by Sculpting Mentor or Reliance Holdings Inc. 6. Personal Conduct Student hereby agrees to maintain professional conduct and mutual respect for other classmates. Sculpting Mentor reserves the right to dismiss a student from all remaining classes for failure to adhere to personal conduct requirements. No refunds will be given to the student in the case of dismissal. 7. Materials, Tools & Reference Sculpting Mentor agrees to provide a Sculpting Package including required tools, sculpting and reference material. Provided Sculpting Package is the property of the Student when the classes are finished.
